Price Correction

Property value is going up, but a price reversal has been predicted.
When is this going to take place in Broward County, Fl? Inventory levels for single
family homes in Broward County gives us the answer.

The Warning: When we see a change in direction in inventory levels.

The Top Market Price: When we reach about 6,000 SFH units.

The Stable Market: When we have between 6,000 and 8,000 SFH units.

The Reversal: When we see inventory levels in excess of 6 months of supply.
This means over 8,000 units for sale, and this is when prices will start to go
down. It is the price correction some talk about.

On July 27th, 2013 there are 3,879 single family homes available for sale. A few days
earlier there were about 3,500 homes. The Warning: An inventory trend reversal has
already started.
