have been sold for a long time. The danger with this scenario are unrealistic
expectations based on homes that may have been sold a year ago, when the prices
were substantially less and even applies to very well known real estate mega sites that
are even listed below.

and scroll down and click either crime or schools.
To find out about neighborhood demographics, go to www.blockshopper.com enter the
address, and scroll down.
To only find out about schools in a much more in detail than Trulia, go to

To find out about real estate taxes in Broward go to www.BCPA.net. In Dade go to
www.miamidade.gov and in Palm Beach go to www.pbcgov.com/papa
To see the neighborhood without ever leaving your home, go to www.maps.google.com
and click on street view. Double click to go up and down the street, and use your
mouse for 360 views.
To get an idea of how much a property could be worth, go to www.Zillow.com and ignore
the zestimate (usually is grossly wrong). Look at the recent closed sales of similar
houses or ask your realtor for comparable sales.
